Our agency offers a letterhead design service (also known as letterhead). For your letters, quotations, invoices, give an extra professional touch).

Presentation of the basic service:

✅ Letterhead design in A4 or A5 dimensions

In general, a letterhead is in A4 format so that it can be used in your letters, quotations, invoices, etc. But if you prefer to receive your letterhead in A5 size, we'll send it to you in that size. And if you need both (A4 and A5), we have an option for that.

Here's what we can display on your letterheads:

✅ Custom envelope design

Letterheads are made for sending mail. So we'll also personalize your envelopes with your logo, colors and return contact details (in the event of a return to sender).

✅ Up to 3 touch-ups

When we send you your designs, you can of course request modifications. On letterheads or envelopes, usually one or two round trips are enough. But we offer up to three round trips to make sure you get the design you want.

✅ .pdf file in high resolution (300 DPI)

We send you the .pdf file with bleeds. Simply send this file to your local or online printer. The high resolution will allow you to have very good quality letterheads (if you use a quality printer too).

Options presentation:

✚ A4 and A5 sizes (12€ extra)

If you need letterheads in A4 and A5 sizes, you can take this option. We'll send you both .pdf files with bleeds for printing by your printer.

✚ 2 letterhead design versions (12€ extra)

If you need a letterhead declination, you can take this option. Particularly if you want a version with the large logo and your contact details, and a softer version, with fewer design elements, a smaller logo and without your contact details, for example.
