Hola, bonjour! My name is Marie, and I am a translator with a Master's in specialised translation. I am a native French speaker, born in Belgium, so French does not hold any more secrets for me. With me, you will benefit from professional translations.

You provide me with the documents to translate, and I take care of the rest! 

Here is how I work: 

• I read the document thoroughly to fully understand the subject. If needed, I will look for more information. Should there remain a doubt, I will always ask you. 
• Your file contains jargon and specialised vocabulary? No problem, I will adapt, by creating or completing a glossary that will give the translation coherence and clarity. 
• I can finally begin to translate. I will never translate a text literally, because there is a saying that a good translation does not "smell" like a translation, and that it must look like it has been written in the target language.
• I proofread the translation (vocabulary, grammar, message…). Of course, I use available tools (grammar and spell check), but my brain will always have the last say. 
• I send you the final text, and you tell me what you think of it.
